This is the very first step and where almost everyone fails.
The Big Mistake: Never settle your moss on brown peat. Peat holds water in a heavy, compact way. Since the water stays stagnant and there's no air, it becomes a breeding ground for bacteria that will eventually rot your moss from the base. 🛑🦠
The Professional Choice: It is recommended to settle the moss on stones, gravel, or clay pebbles (LECA). 💎
